All new designs include a single time design fee of $10.

We can make any size label you need. The quantity you receive per set will vary depending on your needed size. Here are some examples of our common sizes and quantities:
2 X 1/2” - 100 per set
2 X 3/4” - 75 per set
2 X 1” - 55 per set
1 X 2.25” - 55 per set
3/4 X 2.25” - 70 per set
1/2 X 2.25 - 100 per set

If you have your own logo, great! We can accept most file types except for .ai. Please email us your logo to hello@angieandbritt.com after purchase. We don’t recommend complex/intricate detailed designs, watercolor designs, or actual photographs.
Don’t have a logo? No worries! We can design a simple one for you at no extra cost. It’s included in your set up/design fee. Whether you want simple text or a combination of a text and graphic, we have you covered.
Disclaimer: All of our designs that we create may be used by other customers. You will not legally own your logo. You can certainly use it in your branding, website, tags, etc. But we cannot keep other customers from using the same graphics and/or fonts that you choose. If you want to legally own your logo, you will need to have your logo professionally designed by a graphic designer that creates your design from scratch and can provide you with legal ownership of your design.

Any new design includes a single time design fee of $10. If you are ordering a new type of label that you have never ordered before, yes. If you need a very simple edit to an existing design like word change or orientation flip, send us an email first to verify, but we can make small edits on a reorder without a new design fee depending on the circumstance.

Unfortunately, no. We require all tags in a single set to be identical. You must order one set minimum per one style you are wanting to order.

How long does my design take?
New design proofs can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. That being said, we use your order date to determine your shipping date.
How long until my order ships?
Reorders ship within 5-7 business days from order date.*
New designs ship approximately 2 weeks from order date.
*Bulk reorders over 10+ sets may take a bit longer.

USA First Class: 3-5 Business Days
USA Priority: 2-3 Business Days

What shipping company do you use?
We use USPS to ship 99% of our products. If an order is unusually large, we may use UPS.
Can you use a different shipping company?
Typically, we do not take shipping company requests. However, please email us if you have an unusual circumstance.
Can I upgrade my shipping to be faster?
Yes! By default, we offer US First Class, US Priority, and International First Class. If you’d like to upgrade to US Express, International Priority, or International Express, please send us an email before placing an order including what you are wanting to order so we can generate you a custom quote and listing if the quote is approved.
