Our design turn around time averages 2-3 business days. This may vary - being quicker or slightly longer depending on workload at the given time. We assign shipping due dates based upon the order date and not the approval date. That being said, if approval or changes are significantly delayed on the customer end, the shipping date may be slightly delayed as well.

Accent Notions (Non Custom) - 3 to 5 Business Days
Custom Branding - 5 to 10 Business Days

First Class: 3 to 5 Business Days
Priority: 1 to 3 Business Days
First Class International:
Canada & Mexico: 1 to 4 Weeks
Rest of World: 3 to 6 Weeks
*The time noted is just an average estimate and does not start until after you receive your shipping notification (production time is not included). Our packages are shipped via USPS and out of our control once they are dropped off for transit.
Returns & Refunds

You must contact us within 30 days of package receipt. If your order is inaccurate for any reason whatsoever, please reach out to us. We will always take care of any mistakes made on our end.
Custom Item Disclaimer: We send proofs for all custom items that we require full approval on before shipment. If the proof is approved by the customer and made exactly as the approved proof, customer is not eligible for a refund.

USA:
If your package fails to deliver within 3 weeks from date of shipping AND also has no recent tracking history to provide proof of location, we deem it “lost in transit”. You will then be eligible for either a full refund or replacement.
If your package shows delivered, but you never received it, please reach out to your local post office, check any cameras (yours or neighbors). You may contact us as well, although, we do not guarantee any replacement or refund for this situation.
International: If your package fails to deliver within 6 weeks from date of shipping AND also has no recent tracking history to provide proof of location, we deem it “lost in transit”. You will then be eligible for either a full refund or replacement.

We accept returns on yarn, supplies, tools, etc. only if the product and it’s packaging are still in new condition. If box/packaging is damaged or yarn is unwound, etc., we will not accept the return.
Accepted: Yarn, tools, supplies, merch, and non-custom tags.
Not Accepted: Any custom made item.
Process:
You have 7 days from the time of delivery to notify us of a return request. If your product was correctly shipped and received, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping to us. We will issue a refund for the product price only once product is received and inspected. The initial shipping charge will not be refunded. You may then reorder something else if you wish to do so.
